Download the schedule and entry forms below. If paying by BACS or cheque simply complete the entry form and return to us as instructed. BACS PAYMENTS must include your name or team name as a reference. Booking any event is easy with our own secure online booking system, just click on 'Online Entries' above, select the event and classes and Enter.  We use STRIPE the industry leader for online card processing or you can also use PAYPAL. Any tickets or forms you need to complete will follow your online purchase. Any booking forms should be returned to us at the address supplied.

Hats and Tagging

Make sure that you have the correct riding hat which complies with the 2024 regulations. Tagging hats will take place during qualifiers, pink tags this year which are the same at BE/PC/BD.  So if your hat is tagged by one of these organisations, it applies to BRC as well and vice versa.

Flu Vaccinations & Passports

To compete at Riding Club events your horses flu vaccinations must be up to date, your horses passport should be presented to the secretary at each event, so their vaccinations status can be checked. Failure to do so may mean your are unable to compete. Your horse should not have been injected in the 7 days prior to the event. 

PASSPORTS - IT IS AGAINST THE LAW NOT TO CARRY YOUR PASSPORT WHEN TRAVELLING WITH YOUR HORSE.

Area 2 Riding Club events cannot run without generous help of our volunteers. Each club is allocated various roles throughout the year, so if you would like to help at an event have a look at the rota below to see which event your club will be helping at. If your club isn't rota'd for an event and you would still like to help then please contact Chris Rogers at rogerschristine@hotmail.com I'm sure she would be happy to get you involved.
